卧式丁基胶涂布机是在铝间隔框两侧均匀涂抹热熔丁基胶的专用设备，操作人员需扶持间隔框．其它动作（压轮、打胶、停胶）均由设定程序自动完成．操作方便，运行平稳可靠。
采用不锈钢拉丝面板，台面整洁，外形美观。
可调速皮带传动电机，可适应不同操作人员快捷使用。胶缸内径D195mm ,长450mm，适用于各种规格的丁基胶。气液增压系统．压力均匀稳定。
丁基胶机装有光电开关．由PLC电脑程序控制，可实现铝条自动感应系统，只需人工持框与皮带同步完成。24小时定时开机，提高工作效率，节省预热时间。
